More and more solid roots reggae music is emerging from the motherland. A good example of this is this new release by Malawian roots and dancehall artist Zion The Messenger, a 4-track project, LOVE IN REGGAE EP. The record celebrates love in its different forms, from intimate devotion to spiritual inspiration. It opens with the roots rockers anthem “Zonse (Everything)”, where Zion gives thanks to his woman for providing all he needs, a reminder that true love is a gift worth cherishing.
