Our annual Top 20 is built from a full year of Album Charts, covering December 2024 through December 2025. This isn’t about sales figures, streaming numbers, or who got the most shine. The Reggae Vibes Album Top 20 is a recommendation chart — pure and simple. Teacher and Mr. T select and review albums based on feel, message, musicianship, and how the music connects over time.
We give space to releases that speak with truth and quality, whether they made noise worldwide or quietly touched those paying attention.
For the year-end ranking, we used a weighted points system that looks at chart positions, total weeks on chart (WOC), and time spent at number one. It’s a way to honour both steady presence and standout moments, resulting in a list that reflects what really moved us throughout 2025.
